“LG Electronics has filed a lawsuit against US smartphone maker BLU for alleged patent infringement. The South Korean tech giant said BLU infringed five of its LTE standard patents. Since last year, it sent notices informing BLU of its infringement without reply, the company said.
LG filed the damages suit against the US firm to the district court of Delaware. It also sent a request to the US’s International Trade Commission (ITC) to halt BLU smartphone sales.” — [READ MORE]
