“Apple Inc. has filed a sweeping antitrust lawsuit against patent lawsuit machines Acacia Research Corp., and Conversant Intellectual Property Management Inc., accusing them of colluding with Nokia Corp. “to extract and extort exorbitant revenues” from Apple and other cellphone makers.
